The company is registered with the Madrid Commercial Registry in volume 43185, folio 133, sheet M-763119, first registration. Its business office is at C/ Raimat, 21, 25110 Alpicat (Lleida). Access to and use of this website must comply with applicable law and its content and services must be used in good faith. Text, design, brands, software and other elements are protected by their respective rights. Third-party links are supplied for reference and KeyCard does not control their content. The service may be updated or temporarily interrupted for technical or security reasons.

Privacy

The data controller is NBM Operador de Telecomunicaciones, S.L. You can contact us at info@keycard.es or on 973 988 139. Information supplied when contacting us, purchasing a service or using an account is processed to answer requests, provide the service, manage the contractual relationship, protect the platform and meet legal duties. Depending on the case, processing is based on a contract, pre-contractual steps, a legal duty or the legitimate interest in maintaining a secure service. Data is not disclosed except where required by law or to essential contracted providers. It is kept for the duration of the relationship and the applicable liability periods. You may request access, correction, erasure, objection, restriction or portability by writing to the email above, and you may complain to the Spanish Data Protection Agency.

Anonymous audience measurement

KeyCard uses its own measurement system, strictly limited to audience statistics. It does not store IP addresses, names, email addresses, user or company identifiers, city, network operator, form content, PINs or tokens. It only records paths without parameters, active duration, referring page, device type, browser and a country-level area when the infrastructure supplies it directly. Sessions are randomly generated, are not used for advertising or profiling and back-office results are aggregated. The browser’s “Do Not Track” signal is respected, so measurement can be disabled through that browser preference.
